Mockingjay

Mockingjay By: Suzanne Collins

Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice. But now that she's made it out of the bloody arena alive, she's still not safe. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge. Who do they think should pay for the unrest? Katniss. And what's worse, President Snow has made it clear that no one else is safe either. Not Katniss's family, not her friends, not the people of District 12.

I literally just finished this about 5 minutes ago. I haven't had a book, let alone a series, that I literally haven't been able to put down in a long time. The last book that I can remember I wanted to do nothing but read was Harry Potter's 1-5. The last time I fell asleep reading a book (like I did with this one last night) was...I cant even remember. I was a little shocked at the ending. Suzanne Collins never leaves you bored and she is by no means predictable. This book had me guessing at ever twist and turn in this book. This trilogy is definitely going on my list of favorite books.

I just finished this book today, and I'm confused... Maybe I'll have to re-read it, but right now this book in the series wasn't my favorite, which upsets me cause The first two books were really good. I felt like there was a lot unsaid, and like some things were just thrown into the book. But like I said I'll have to re-read it so that I can try to understand it better
